All Feltex carpets are classified by the Australian Carpet Classification Scheme (ACCS) established by the Carpet Institute of Australia. Look for the yellow and blue label on the back of your carpet sample in store or check out the grading here to see how your preferred Feltex carpet performed in independent wear and performance tests.

Warranties
At Feltex we understand that a new carpet is an investment in your home. That’s why each Feltex carpet comes with a comprehensive warranty designed to protect that investment. Depending on the carpet you buy, it may carry warranties for wear resistance, fade resistance, insect deterrent and manufacturing defects.
