Carpet Care
Regardless of the style, colour and fibre you choose, your carpet will benefit from regular maintenance. Regular vacuuming with an upright cleaner and attending to spills and stains quickly will all help to extend the life of your carpet.

Frequent vacuuming is a carpetās best friend.
To keep your carpet looking good:
- Vacuum Regularly
- Remove Stains immediately
- Professionally clean as required
(usually no more than once every one or two years)
The most important step is proper vacuuming. Regular and thorough vacuuming at least once a week and more often in heavy traffic areas will remove soil and dirt particles before they become embedded into the pile of the carpet. Remember you cannot overvacuum and it should begin the day the carpet is installed.

The Quest Tufting Process
Quest uses state-of-the-art broadloom tufting equipment that is updated regularly to keep pace with modern technology. Our cut pile equipment has the capacity to produce the finest tufted plush or twist pile finishes with a variety of pile heights and densities.
In loop pile we produce a range of level and multi level options and have the capacity to produce an unlimited variety of sculptured loop pile products in solid or multi coloured effects and an additional option of a tip shorn finish to further enhance the carpet.
Within the tufting process quality control is paramount and our machine operators work under the strict supervision of our experienced tufting managers to meet our exacting standards.
