I dealt with a very lovely man named Jude. I found him to be honest and he knew his products well. There was very good organisation. The carpets were installed on the date given to me. The men who did the installation were excellent. They moved my furniture and were respectful of my property. Nothing was damaged. I love my new carpets. I definitely can recommend this store to you
